Jeannie Carman is my Assistant (and our mom), as well as, an Interior Designer. She will also consult with sellers during the marketing process to ensure the home is presented in the best possible light. Setting the stage correctly for the sale could mean the difference between a quick sale and no sale. This service is provided at no additional charge to all of our selling clients. The Design Connection. As an Interior Designer, Jeannie will assist you with any decorating needs you may have. She is available on an hourly basis or on a cost plus basis. She can assist you with window coverings, flooring, furniture, lighting, and any other home decorating needs you might have. These products are available at wholesale prices (cost plus).
